Refund Policy.

Circa comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the app isn’t a fit for you for any reason, email support@haxhibekaj.dev within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. No forms. No questionnaires. No “let me transfer you”.

How to request a refund

1. Email us at support@haxhibekaj.dev from the address you used at checkout, or include your Paddle order ID.
2. Tell us, in one line, that you’d like a refund. A reason is optional and welcome but never required.
3. We acknowledge within one business day and pass the request to Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
4. Paddle returns the money to your original payment method. Most cards see the refund within 3–5 business days; some banks take a little longer.

What happens to your license

When the refund is processed, we deactivate the license key associated with your order. You should uninstall the app from any Macs on which you activated it. Continued use after a refund is not permitted under our Terms.

After the 30-day window

Outside the 30-day window we may still issue a refund on a case-by-case basis — for example, if a release breaks something we promised on the website and we cannot fix it for you. Email us and we will look at it honestly.

Statutory rights

This guarantee is in addition to — and does not replace — your rights under consumer-protection law. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made online. By starting to use Circa and entering your license key, you may waive that right under EU law for digital content. The 30-day guarantee in this policy is more generous and applies regardless.

Currency, fees, and chargebacks

Refunds are made in the currency in which you paid. Paddle does not deduct processing fees from the refunded amount, although your bank may apply its own conversion rates. If you have a payment problem (double charge, unauthorised transaction, etc.), please email us before opening a chargeback — we can almost always resolve it faster than your bank.
